Kate Sollberger joined The Gilliland Financial Group in September 2007.  She graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing in May 2007 and graduated from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville with a Master's in Business Administration in December 2008. 

Melinda Rathgeb joined the Gilliland Financial Group in January 2010.  She graduated from University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing/Business Administration in May 1994.   Melinda spent the first 15 years of her professional career in management and business planning with the May Department Stores and Macy’s. Melinda joined The Gilliland Financial Group in 2010 and as the Director of Recruitment and Selection. Melinda's current role is Business Manager for Brett Gilliland. 

Melinda and her family live in Edwardsville. She and her husband, Mike, spend their free time at their children’s activities and events.

Robin Jaeggi has been with the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network since 2002.  She joined Brett Gilliland as his full-time assistant in January 2006.  She is an Associate Financial Representative and a member of the Development Team.  Robin is also a Registered Representative of Northwestern Mutual Investment Services, LLC.  She specializes in marketing, client services, risk management, and new business expediting.  In addition, Robin is the Client Relations Center Coordinator for the Gilliland Financial Group.  She has two children, Matthew and Lindsay, and one grandson, Patrick.

Sonya Froehling started with Northwestern Mutual as an intern in 2007. After completing her undergraduate studies at Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville, Sonya joined The Gilliland Financial Group as Director of Recruitment and Development in May 2008. Sonya enjoys working at Northwestern Mutual because every day is a constant challenge and it is rewarding to watch the representatives grow personally and professionally.
